Scope

This policy applies to the TaskLab company site and to email inquiries. The LittleTask service has its own privacy policy.

Information collected

• Email inquiries: sender's email address, name if given, and the content of the inquiry
• Site visits: IP address, time of access, requested address, and browser information

Purpose of use

• Replying to inquiries
• Security and incident response

Retention and deletion

• Email inquiries: 1 year after the inquiry is closed
• Access records: up to 11 days
• We delete emails and records after the retention period.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal data with third parties, except where the law requires it.

Processors

• Cloudflare, Inc.: email forwarding and DNS
• Google LLC: mailbox
• Oracle Corporation: the server that relays site requests

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or visitor analytics.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a stop to processing of your data by email.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Mailbox access is limited to the person in charge.
